Liu Qian’ge is a doctoral student at the Institute of Communication and Media Studies since November 2025. She conducts research on how to use LLM to extract information from text data and form them into social networks.
She earned a master’s degree in Political Science (with a focus on Political Behavior) from Sciences Po Paris in 2025, and a double bachelor’s degree — one in Political Science and Public Administration, and the other in English — from Shanghai International Studies University in 2022. Between her undergraduate studies and master’s program, she worked as a research assistant at Center for Complex Decision Analysis, Fudan University from 2022 to 2023.
Her research interests include political behavior, conflict, development and quantitative and computational methodology.
