Study Programs

In cooperation with the Institute of Political Science and the Institute of Sociology, the Institute of Communication and Media Studies offers a BA in Social Sciences. Within the framework of this degree, we teach the basics of communication and media studies in introductory courses. We also offer advanced seminars with a focus on political communication. Our goal in teaching is to promote students' critical and networked thinking about the social sciences and to sensitise them to the communication science aspects of political processes.
